I am here to offer suggestions and counseling, mostly to landlords, but also to tenants. My husband and I owned and operated hundreds of apartments and multiple single family houses over the last couple decades. We dealt with absolutely every aspect of being a property owner and landlord. Fairness, logic, and of course the law, was always applied to every situation in our dealings with tenants, vendors, employees and all agencies involved in the process of our business.
